Having completed the refurbishment of the Food Courts at level 3 at Lakeside Shopping Centre with Ellmer Construction back in 2002 we were delighted to be awarded the contract to undertake the full electrical installation on the project to refurbish the original Lakeside Pavilion Building.

The building was completely stripped and taken back to a shell with the new design incorporating escalators,link bridge,3 scenic lifts,new sub station and a greatly extended Boardwalk to run alongside the Lake.

There were many challenges whilst working in a live shopping centre environment with particular care required over interface with the existing shopping centre without any disruption to trade.

The Boardwalk project was completed on time and is now home to many of the leading UK restaurant chains..
